If your tenant refers the notice, we draft your reply form, statement and evidence bundle, with a timeline and an inspection checklist. £99 if you bought a pack from us. We don't represent you at the tribunal.

From your second year. Next year's pack, refreshed and delivered 10 weeks before your earliest date, with reminders along the way. Per property; cancel any time before it renews.

Questions about pricing
Do I pay per property?
Yes. Each pack covers one property and its tenancy. Order three or more together and each one costs £49.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per increase. Autopilot is optional from your second year, and you can cancel it any time before it renews.
What does it cost if my tenant challenges the increase?
The Tribunal Response Pack costs £99 if you bought your pack from us, or £149 on its own. Your tenant pays the £47 tribunal fee to apply.
What if the notice is wrong?
If it's invalid because of a mistake we made, you get a full refund and a new notice free.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before we start work, for a full refund. Once your pack is delivered it can't be cancelled, but the guarantee still applies.
